A simple way to reflect with the lunar cycle
Use the changing moon as a cue for attention, not another demand on your calendar.
The lunar cycle offers a recurring rhythm: beginnings, building, release, and rest. You do not have to perform a ritual at every phase for it to be useful.
At the new moon, ask what wants a little more room. Near the full moon, notice what has become visible. As the light wanes, ask what can be simplified or set down.
The practice works because it gives reflection a gentle return point. Keep it brief. A few honest sentences are enough.
