Waitlist

When you join the Kairos waitlist, we store your email address, signup time, consent version, and source so we can send product updates and manage invitations. We do not sell this information.

Birth-chart preview

Birth details submitted to the chart preview are processed on the server. Open-Meteo resolves the birthplace, and DivineAPI calculates the planetary positions and house cusps. Kairos privately stores the normalized chart under a one-way cache key so the same immutable calculation can be reused; the cache record does not contain a name or the original birth-detail fields.

AI reflections

Kairos may use OpenAI through a server-side connection to turn known chart facts into reflection language. The model does not calculate the chart, and Kairos does not send it a name, birthplace, birth date, or birth time for that purpose.

Journal entries are never analyzed automatically. Only when you explicitly choose Reflect with Kairos is that saved entry, its prompt, and your available Sun, Moon, and Rising signs sent through the Kairos server to OpenAI. Kairos does not include an account identifier, and API response storage is disabled for these requests. The resulting reflection is stored privately in your Kairos account so you can revisit it; the original entry remains unchanged.

Generated reflections, including older versions created from a different entry, prompt, or model version, remain in the private server-only insight cache until you delete your account. Deleting the account removes both journal entries and their generated reflections.

Your choices

You can decline an AI reflection and continue using the private journal. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time. Deleting a Kairos account recursively deletes its chart, journal, and saved AI reflections. To request deletion of a waitlist or anonymous chart-cache record, contact the Kairos team with the information needed to locate it.

Product data

Kairos is still in development. A fuller product privacy policy will govern personal charts, accounts, reflection data, and subprocessors before public product launch.
