Notice the pattern before you name the person
A reflection practice for meeting relationship questions with less projection.
When a relationship feels charged, it is tempting to seek a fast answer about compatibility. The more useful question is often what pattern has become active in you.
Before assigning meaning to someone else’s behavior, name the feeling, the story you are telling, and the need beneath it. Then decide what conversation or boundary would honor that need.
Astrology can offer a vocabulary for difference. It should not excuse harm, predict compatibility, or replace direct communication.
