Life transitions

Small rituals for seasons of change

A few grounded practices for the moment before the next chapter is clear.

Transitions make ordinary decisions feel unusually loud. A small ritual does not make uncertainty disappear; it gives uncertainty a container.

Try a weekly walk without a podcast, a page of unedited writing, or a short check-in at the beginning of a new lunar phase. Make it simple enough to repeat.

The goal is not perfect insight. It is staying close enough to yourself to hear what matters.
